BY USING SALES SHIELD, YOU AUTOMATICALLY AGREE TO THESE TERMS OF USE, FULLY RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL AND ANY ACTS PERFORMED BY YOU ON SALES SHIELD OR IN RELATED SERVICES. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ANY OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS SET OUT BELOW, YOU SHOULD NOT USE SALES SHIELD. YOU ALSO AGREE TO THE TERMS DESCRIBED IN OUR PRIVACY POLICY.

1. WHAT IS SALES SHIELD? 1.1. Services. Sales Shield is a platform that offers the following services: online store protection, IP blocking, fraud prevention, and other functionalities designed to improve the security and operational efficiency of e-commerce. 1.2. Suspension. We reserve the right to suspend or cancel your access to the application at any time in case of suspicion of fraud, obtaining benefit or advantage unlawfully, or for non-compliance with any of the conditions set forth in these Terms of Use, the Privacy Policy, or applicable legislation. In these cases, no compensation will be due to you, and Sales Shield may take appropriate action to protect and secure its interests.
2. HOW DO I ACCESS SALES SHIELD? 2.1. Access. To access Sales Shield and use its features, you need to register. To register, you will provide us with personal information, as described in our Privacy Policy. 2.2. Usage Age. To use Sales Shield, you must be at least 18 (eighteen) years old. 2.3. Ownership. Upon registration, you will hold an account that can only be accessed by you. If Sales Shield detects any account created from false information, such as users who do not meet the minimum age requirement, that account will be automatically deleted. 2.4. Information Update. You commit to keeping your personal information updated. You also agree to keep your login and password secure and out of reach of third parties, and not allow your Sales Shield account to be used by others. Thus, you are responsible for all actions carried out in your account.
3. THE CONTRACTUAL RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN SALES SHIELD AND THE USER 3.1. Contractual Relationship. The services and content offered by the platform are the exclusive property of Sales Shield. By establishing the contract that allows the user to enjoy the functionalities of the system, Sales Shield is providing a secure and robust platform for e-commerce protection.
4. SUBSCRIPTION AND CANCELLATION OF PLANS 4.1. Subscription. Sales Shield offers service plans through a subscription, which may be chargeable or free, depending on the level of service chosen by the user. 4.2. Subscription Mode. The subscription to any paid plan requires advance payment to activate the plan. Payment is made on the day of subscription and will cover the use of the service for the subsequent one-month period. There is automatic renewal of the plan unless the user cancels the subscription before the renewal date. 4.3. Subscription Cancellation. Subscription cancellation can be done at any time by the user through account settings on Sales Shield. The cancellation will take effect immediately, but the user will continue to have access to the service until the end of the current billing period.
5. PAYMENTS AT SALES SHIELD 5.1. Payment Methods. Payments at Sales Shield are processed in two ways, depending on the e-commerce platform used by the user:
5.2. Prices and Refunds. The prices of the service plans are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law or under specific conditions established by Sales Shield. Any refunds will be handled according to the policies of the payment platform used (Shopify or Stripe).
5.3. Taxes. The user is responsible for the payment of all applicable taxes associated with the use of Sales Shield services. Taxes are calculated and collected by the payment platforms according to current legislation.
5.4. Payment Confirmation. Payment confirmation is communicated to the user by the payment platforms (Shopify or Stripe), and activation of the contracted services at Sales Shield is carried out after the confirmation of effective payment.
5.5. Price Changes. Sales Shield reserves the right to change the prices of the services offered at any time. Such changes will be notified to users in advance through Sales Shield's communication channels, allowing users to cancel their subscription if they do not agree with the price adjustment.
6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS 6.1. Sales Shield Rights. All rights related to Sales Shield and its functionalities, including but not limited to texts, images, software, code, and content, are exclusively owned by Sales Shield and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. 6.2. Prohibited Use. It is prohibited to use, copy, modify, distribute, or sell any content from Sales Shield without prior express consent from Sales Shield.
7. USER CONTENT USE 7.1. Limited License. By providing content, such as feedback, comments, or suggestions, on Sales Shield, you grant the company a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content in connection with the operation of Sales Shield.
